It is a three-level, stand-alone building with a large basement and incredible street presence making it an ideal venue for high profile functions.

The Ground floor has double door access on both Brushfield Street and Bishops Square. Direct access to the building for loading is available via a lower-level Service Road beneath Bishops Square.

The first floor consists of a daylight drenched, column free rawspace looking across Bishops Square and Brushfield Street. Double-width windows open onto views of the square allowing for natural sunlight during daytime events.

The Basement consists of a stripped back concrete space totalling just over 3000sq ft.

The space has a series of intersecting vertical concrete columns and a black spray finished exposed ceiling.
